Having read other reviews about this car I can only say that I am more than impressed with this item and will have no hesitation in adding more to my roster in 2026. The issue with the weld seams does not seem to account for the HO scale of the model - often with just a little grime it is very difficult to confirm the Spiral design on prototype vehicles and I am more than happy that this major feature is so obvious on these LPG cars. I am also quite capable of fitting my own shelf couplers and also understand that some modellers would actually remove them if fitted as standard due to personal trackwork standards. Finally the weight is perfect for my 40 foot Shortline so again not an issue for most railroad modellers. Beautiful car - looking forward to the All Door box cars even though they are not strictly from my period - its my railroad !!!
Great model but needs more weigh and shelf couplers.
Where to begin? Let's start with communication. Emails went nearly unanswered, I believe I got a single reply back to questions. Facebook Messenger wasn't much better but I got 2-3 responses there after days of waiting for a reply. Shipment was delayed at the port (fair enough) but none of that was relayed until much later and well after being paid in full. So that led to many questions but very little answers. The cars themselves look good but are severely underweight by 2+ oz. Creative modifications are needed to add weight. Overall, not super impressed for the cost of each car. Will likely be my only order with Roka, unless they announce some other never done car that's needed in this hobby. Best of luck, hopefully they won't be another Arrowhead.
Let me start by saying the product looks good but they seem awfully light compared to the Athearn and Scale train tank cars I have purchased. Otherwise, good models. But When I contacted them on the 27th to inquire where mine were, I was told they were delivered on March 18th by UPS. It is strange how they were delivered to me later that day, the 27th by my mailman, I say no more.
